DC Dancewear is a family owned business that been in historic downtown Easton for the past 20 years. When our daughter, Devon, began getting extremely involved in both dance and theater we realized there were not many places to go to get the need attire. That is when DC Dancewear was opened back in 1998. Keeping with our family theme of the store, over the years we have had a few families helping out at the store and in our live model windows!! We love to do live window models at the store in support of the State Theatre downtown Easton. They are located just a few stores up from us and the community really seems to love when we do them.
Up until this past year, when you came into DC Dancewear you were greeted by either the owner, Janice, or one of the sweet girls there helping out. We are so excited to say now both Janice & her daughter Devon are running the business together. Janice is still known for being “the pointe shoe guru” at the store even though all employees are trained for all shoe fittings.
Our mission here is to give every customer a welcoming and pleasant experience every time they come to our store. We appreciate every customer that walks through our door.
