There is a $40 shoe fitting fee for all fittings which is deducted from the cost of the shoes when purchased. This policy has been put in place to protect the time and effort of our employees.

Important guidelines for at home try-ons

  • Try on both shoes as each foot can fit slightly differently

  • Stand on a carpeted surface, towel, dance mat, or any other soft surface (avoid hardwood floors)

  • Be sure to keep all tags and packaging intact and clean (once removed or damaged items are no longer returnable)
